Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between [COMPANY NAME] ("GUMUP") and any consumer client on the GUMUP website, for metropolitan France.

Article 2 — Products

GUMUP Energy & Focus is an energizing chewing gum containing 80 mg of natural caffeine per serving of 2 gums, as well as 120 mg of L-theanine and vitamins B6 and B12. High caffeine content — not recommended for children, adolescents, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed 8 gums per day. Total caffeine consumption should not exceed 400 mg/day from all sources (EFSA/ANSES recommendation).

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs indicated before order validation.

Article 4 — Order and Payment

Payment is made online via the secure solutions offered at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). The order is firm upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Article 5 — Delivery

Dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery in metropolitan France within 2 to 4 business days. In case of a delay exceeding 7 days, the customer may cancel their order and be reimbursed.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without stating a reason. Unsealed foodstuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (art. L221-28).

Article 7 — Legal Guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code).

Article 8 — Complaints and Mediation
